The hotel has a fantastic location, just by the lake, with stunning views of the mountains. Rooms feature comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Breakfast offers a decent selection of fresh food. the heated pool and spa area is an added bonus.
The staff lacks warmth and sometimes falls short on customer service.

We enjoyed the clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel facilities including the spa, swimming pool, and courtyard were a great bonus. It was also convenient to have parking available and the location on the lake was stunning.

Spent New Year's Eve here and it was amazing! The view from our room was breathtaking with a beautiful lake and mountain range, and the staff was so hospitable. The warm and welcoming pool was the best spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. the location was perfect - just a short drive from the city center and other attractions. The breakfast offered was also delicious and satisfying to start the day off right.
The only complaint was that the spa facilities were under construction during our stay, so we weren't able to take full advantage of all the amenities. And while the rooms were spacious, they could have been better organized for maximum comfort.

Friendly staff and stunning views! Spent a relaxing weekend at this hotel with my partner. the staff was so friendly, and the views were breathtaking. We loved the fact that we could rent a car and explore the surrounding area, taking advantage of the hotel's beautiful location. the best part was the spa facilities, which made for a very relaxing and rejuvenating mini-vacation.
Poor wifi signal and location challenges. the only drawbacks we experienced were the weak wifi signal and the location, which was quite far from the city center.
